Overall the hotel was nice and quiet. We had an accessible room on the second floor and the entire bathroom floor would get wet from a shower. The cleaning crew mop smelled dirty which made it unpleasant after cleanup. The bathroom fan didn’t work. Breakfast and coffee were very good. Beds were comfy but pillows too soft, no extra pillows available. Air conditioning worked well and wasn’t too loud. Cleaning crew came daily which was a pleasant surprise. Drawers in room were nice and deep making it super convenient to unpack. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Overall I had a great stay here! The staff was very friendly and it was fairly quiet, although I could hear some noise in the hall. The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. It was very convenient to stay here after walking around Harpers Ferry for the entire morning and afternoon.

The property was so close to stores and ******. ****** Shuttle drivers were great. The breakfast buffet was awesome. The property was clean. The staff was very nice. The room was great. I only wish the bathroom was bigger. Not a lot of room and the toilet and door almost touched each other. We had
a lot of stinkbugs in our room. I hate any type of bugs.

SO FRIENDLY AND COMFORTABLE
When we checked in the lady at the desk was so nice and made us feel welcomed. You will get great reviews from us because of how we were treated when we first arrived. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are very comfortable. We had a great experience here.
