酒店位置偏，且附近沒有任何便利店，適合窩在酒店。但同時，酒店娛樂設施幾乎沒有，隔音效果差，隔壁韓國人的孩子一直在哭。對於户外的泡池，全是落葉。對於服務，我很少給一家酒店服務給到差評，但這次真的覺得體感很差。早餐到10:30結束，起床的晚，到餐廳10:20了，被通知他們要翻枱搞衞生，不接受再用餐。隨即拿出一個快餐盒，真的是快餐盒… 告訴我可以打包一點吃的回房間吃。當時餐廳還有客人都坐着吃早餐，我表示我們快速吃一點簡單的早餐，服務人員表示不接受。最後我們強烈要求，才允許我們延遲10分鐘。其次，我們下午臨時需要網上開一個重要會議，我們提出房間續費延遲三個小時退房，被拒絕。提出想付費租用會議室，別告知沒有可以使用的。和濟州島JW萬豪的服務比起來，更無力吐槽了，不會再去第二次的酒店。

半山腰的位置，出行不太方便，但是很安靜，有種山野間度假的感覺，新館設施很好，很現代化，但是房間打掃不乾淨，浴巾有污漬，服務人員態度不錯，自助餐廳味道很贊，打車難打

綜合環境可以，就是因為時間緊湊沒能更好的體驗一下放鬆的感覺。房子的建築設計還行，就是畢竟是院子。還是多少有些蟲子。泡澡的話要提前通知清理浴缸。

房間還不錯 但是投影儀用起來繁瑣複雜 温泉泡起來也要注意蚊蟲 去酒店的路要搭車 但是自助餐真的很好吃 漏天泳池也不錯 總之算是性價比酒店 旁邊就有馬場 能騎馬 不錯 多注意室外的蚊蟲螞蟻或許會更好一些

酒店環境很好，前台有幾位都會説中文。
房間是一個個獨立villa，很幽靜。屬於度假酒店。酒店離東門市場打車需要20分鐘，但是韓國打車很便宜，所以不影響。離牛島有點遠，車程1小時。酒店下次度假還會選擇
對了酒店後院還有好多馬，晚上散步發現酒店還有獨棟別墅適合人多。
