Overall, it was a good stay. Near bus stations and many restaurants and shops. I booked the room type had one full bed and 1 queen bed for three people. It gave two of us more room. The bed was comfortable but not the pillows. The hotel corrected name is Gloucester Hotel, not J-Grand Hotel. Our taxi driver can't find the name of the hotel but the address was the same. When I checked in, I was confused about it, too.

房間比較舊了，不過能接受。淋浴水大，冰箱夠冷。趕早班機，凌晨5點半軟件叫不到車，前台小哥立馬叫好了taxi, 幾分鐘車程。

房間視野很好很開闊，前台會説中文，溝通沒障礙。房間的面積也很大，還有浴缸，裝修的還不錯～

酒店位置很方便，周邊店鋪可走走逛逛。環境衞生也不錯。酒店前台不能中文交流，但是辦理入住手續簡單，簡單英語單詞交流就可以完成。下午3點才能入住，不能提前。

酒店設施齊全，出行也是比較方便的。早上7點左右酒店門口叫出租車去機場，很方便。床上用品都還是不錯的。

攜程上的名字有點問題，打車給司機看攜程上的名字，繞了兩圈才找到，並不叫J-XXX。酒店樓道里有股發黴的味道。窗簾也不遮光影響睡眠。

房間很大，衞生每天也有人打掃。這個酒店也有很多韓國人住。地理位置也好。街對面的小酒吧也不錯，人都很nice。記得自帶牙刷牙膏，和拖鞋。

Stayed with the hotel for 3 nights. Overall was great. Great location.. food and shopping around. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only downside was the lack of amenities within the room. No tooth brush n paste provided. No coffee and sugar provided.. Lack of pillows for a room which can accomodate 3 adults. But the beds are comfortable.
