Located within city centre. Walking distance to this famous intenstine bbq restaurant. Easy to call uber out. Clean and value for money.

Location is good as it is near to the airport and right in the middle of shopping street, and it is easy to get a taxi from hotel. Stay is comfortable as room is spacious and bed is comfortable. Check in is done by staff manning the Gloucester Hotel. I still don’t know what is the difference between J Grand and Gloucester Hotel as I observed there are rooms from both brands on the same floor. Overall no complaints.

Located in a very convenient place, several convenience stores are available including the one located in the 2nd floor of the hotel.

Room is clean. I've got a rental plug coverter for free. A location is good beacaus bus stops were nearby the hotel.

Great location. Staff very helpful. Strictly no early check in. The hotel name is not call J-grand hotel but Gloucester hotel.

The hotel room is big. Toilet has a bath tub :)
It's only 1 stop away from Jeju Airport via the airport transfer.

The staff is nice and their English is pretty good. There are many shops and resto near the hotel. Convenient location !
