Very good experience staying here. Place is quite far from major locations but it was easy using kakao taxi to get around. Wish there was an in-house facility for laundry as we had to go to a laundromat elsewhere to do our laundry. Staff were friendly and responded to our requests promptly. Some of the facilities like self check in or service request in the room monitor could be more tourist friendly.

A great hotel. The only drawback is that it is far from the city.
It was really nice for 4 people to stay in a pool villa. I will choose this hotel again next time I go to Jeju Island. The breakfast auntie was really friendly

The air conditioning and shower are very comfortable. It also has its own floor heating, which is amazing. The swimming pool is super big. It is right outside the room and it is very clean. The staff cleans it many times a day. The service is very good. After the manager learned that I am Chinese, he immediately found a Chinese employee to meet with me. There are many Chinese staff and there is no problem in communication. It is very convenient to check in and check out by yourself. There is a delicious fried noodles and seafood noodle shop and GS25 within a 5-minute walk. It is a great experience!

The hotel environment is minimalist and comfortable. There is a very large swimming pool in front of the room (it should be a heated swimming pool). I saw many parents bringing their children to swim in the morning. The staff are very enthusiastic. The only two disadvantages are that the shower room is a half-wall design, which makes it easy for water to get everywhere and it is not convenient to take a taxi. Everything else is perfect.

Cons 1. Towels are not washed well. (Smells..) 2. There is no lock on the bathroom door. 3. The shower is not separated well, so water splashes after showering (splashes all the way to the toilet). 5. Condensation forms on the front door and windows in winter. 6. There is no proper place to store clothes.
