Would highly recommend this hotel. Staff is relatively friendly and they can speak in chinese. Room is relatively decently sized with clean. Carpark is a little cramp if you are driving bigger cars like SUV but comfortable stay. Would not mind going back to this hotel again.

This is a prime location, in the city. Lots of duty free shops, nice view from my room window & actual room also nice & clean, satisfactory to great for the amount I paid

The hot water in the room is strange. When boiling hot water, the water flow is very small? I don't know what the problem is, so I will wash it. It is very close to the duty-free shop, but the duty-free shop closes early. The hotel is in the city, and many people can speak Chinese. In addition, the temperature of the air conditioner is not high.

The stay here in this hotel is very worth it! Got the cheapest price compared to all the countries and cities we’ve been to. There’s an Olive Young store just adjacent to the hotel so perfect for skin care last minute shopping. Got Pizza, burger and beer restaurant adjacent on the other side of the hotel too. Breakfast in the hotel is quite cheap too though we didn’t try. Regular price is 15,000krw for breakfast per person. We paid average of 36sgd per night for a deluxe room so not bad for a 4 star hotel.
Only downside is that we got small bath towels. I’m not sure if it’s the custom in Jeju but yeah, the bath towels the hotel gave us is small and same size as a face towel or hand towel.
Overall the experience is good and will definitely recommend this hotel. Newly, renovated last month!

It's close to Nuwemaru Shopping Street with plenty of food choices and amenities around the hotel.
