The self service check in is good but i did not receive the room number and pin. I had to call the hotel service. Other than that the room and location is good.

This hotel seriously needs an upgrade. Hardwares in the bathroom were falling apart. The floor is warped. There were hairs on the floor. The room was quite dusty and moldy. The communication with reception personnel was good though. They provided extra blankets we requested. The location was very convenient. Sadly we won’t be returning to this hotel.

Great hotel, very close to the airport, with airport shuttle service. I like the room very much, it's like living in a suite in Jeju. There are many convenience stores nearby, and it's easy to hail a taxi when you leave the hotel😅
