Welcoming reception desk. Close to airport and pedestrian street. Looks like most of the rooms (at least the floor I stayed in) are mostly twin beds meant for tour groups.

Very good location just close to the airport around 1.5 kilometers distance, I was taking a bus to the hotel when I arrived and walk to the airport directly when I left

Service is bad. We were allocated a room with broken floor tiles. After complaining we were moved to another room where housekeeping don’t even bother to clean the room or make the bed. They just changed towels and put the quilt over the bed. Pillows were left the way we left them. Floor was dirty as it was not vacuumed. We even lost a bag and all the manager said was they didn’t see it.
Never go for this hotel. I requested for late check out and they agreed and said I could check out at 1 pm.
Upon check out, the manager insisted on charging me for late check out. She apologises for not informing me of the charge in advance but insisted that I pay up. Of course, I refused.

Over all experience I will rate it 5/10
Aside from a good and respectful staff, if they can improve english conversation,
Room service they would do it depends when you ask to make up your room, yet they don't usually vacuum the carpets daily
But I like the place, its near the airport and car rentals
Its right there in the corner
Yet. the parking lot is across the street, need to walk and freeze outside 😅

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. The location of the hotel is everything. Not far from the airport nor downtown and the price is affordable and reasonable compared to the size of the room.

Good enough to spend just 3 nights with kids but staff not very open to suggest or recommend places nearby. Room little bit old fashioned need update. After all we spent good days at Jeju Island.

Hotel was clean and tidy. The staff were very accommodating of any additional requests that were made. We left our luggage with the hotel early in the morning and were able to collect it when checking in without issue. However, the hotel’s location is a bit inconvenient if taking public transport, which should be kept in mind, especially during the rainy season.
