I checked the reviews that said it was clean and trusted Trip.com so I booked 2 nights, but guess what... The bedding was fine, but I almost threw up while brushing my teeth in the evening. I wanted to check out, but it was past 10 and I had no idea where to go, so I immediately consulted customer service and they said they would only allow me to cancel for 1 night? They said they couldn't even change rooms because they were fully booked, which was the worst. It was my first trip to Jeju in a long time, and the accommodations on the first day were the worst. I don't usually leave reviews, but I thought Trip.com would move me to a different accommodation or take responsibility, but that wasn't the case at all and I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I'm leaving a review because of their constant, soulless response of saying that only 1 night cancellation is possible. The photo is of the toilet lid. It's not under the toilet, it's the part where you sit on your butt... If you had seen the chain, would you have cancelled 2 nights?????
