The hosts had so bad attitude and rejected to call a taxi for us. We explore this bug in the room once so we tried to push him out of the room. Unfortunately we closed the door and couldn’t open it because the keycard was still inside. We planted to go down the lobby to ask the host, but when we just got out the elevator the host suddenly came and kept yelling us: “why you don’t get the room card? You are so bad! Bla…”. I was socked that we even haven’t told him yet what happened, why did he know we put the keycard inside the room? Was there a camera in the room?
And I tried to explain that we didn’t do that on purpose, there was a bug in the room…but he still kept saying that we did that on purpose.
I would never went back to Korea for traveling anymore! We didn’t have any good time in Jeju. People are so rude here!

Facilities: pretty good
Health: Overall very clean and quiet
Environment: Very close to the seaside and behind the airport. It is very convenient to go to the airport.
Service: Not bad, but you can only check in at 3pm, otherwise the hotel will be empty

After staying here in 2018, this is my second visit to Jeju and I still choose this hotel purely because of the sea view. There is no other reason except this reason~
When I came back after 6 years, I found that the facilities were starting to become dilapidated, as if they had not been taken care of anymore.
First of all, the sofa is too soft to sit on, and there are many flower marks on the wall.
Second, in terms of hygiene, they only collected garbage every day and helped to tidy up the bed sheets. They didn't change them once after staying for five nights.
Finally, the towels are not soft, only short rectangular towels, no bath towels.
