After arriving, there was a bit of a communication problem due to the room assignment, but Manager Kwon Jung-wook took great care of me and gave me a lot of consideration, so I had a comfortable and fulfilling stay. I am so grateful to Manager Kwon Jung-wook. I praise him.

I booked this hotel because my friend's house is close to it. It's about a 20 minute taxi ride from the airport. It cost about 1600 yen. The room is more than spacious and comfortable. The staff are also very kind. There are no amenities such as soap or toothbrushes, but you can buy them at the unmanned convenience store in the basement. Please note that some credit cards are not accepted. Tmoney cards were not accepted.

I stayed in ******* room 314 for 2 nights. The room was clean and the heating was good, so it was good at first. On the first day, when I was fast asleep, at around 5:25 AM, Suddenly, all the lights in the room started turning on and off like crazy, repeating endlessly.. This is like a bolt from the blue while I was sleeping. It kept flashing on and off like crazy like a club psychedelic light.. I thought my heart was going to drop while I was sleeping. I pressed the switch to turn off the lights here and there, and then it suddenly became quiet?? So I went back to bed, but I couldn't fall asleep again because I was so shocked.. That day, I was trying to turn off the lights to go to sleep, so I tried this and that button and thought I had pressed some kind of alarm. The next day, my husband told the front desk staff, and they said they would change rooms without any explanation. But my luggage was already strewn about, and I thought it might be because I had pressed all the buttons the day before, so I didn't change rooms. But on the second night, when I was sleeping, this time, the front door kept making a beep_beep_ noise periodically? It was exactly like someone was trying to open the door with the number key, so I went to the front door, and there was a sign posted there that said, If you hear a sound from the front door, pull the door? So I pulled the door but it wouldn't budge and the sound kept creaking and creaking... My husband and child were fast asleep so it was impossible to move the room at that time and I couldn't sleep again today. I tossed and turned and somehow fell asleep But again!!!! It was 7 in the morning...just like the day before..!!! All the lights in the room were flashing on and off like crazy. ㅠ It was 7am, but the wind had been blowing hard since the day before, so the windows kept shaking violently, and I couldn't sleep because of the squeaking noise coming from the hallway.. So I was really upset when the indoor lights went crazy again. First of all, since that was the day we were checking out, I told the front desk staff that this room was like this while I was packing and checking out, and what the staff said was so absurd and ridiculous that I'm leaving this long review. The staff said.. It was so windy that the hallway and the lights were like that. The card key that I put in the room entrance was shaking because of the wind, and that's why the lights were like that. No.. The wind was crazy all day, so why is it only like that then?? And if you tell them in that case, they'll change your roomㅎ So.. can someone who's staying for a day just sleep like that and check out? When I first asked if there was such a problem with the room, shouldn't they not have given it to the guest, there was no answer to that, and they just kept repeating that it was because of the wind and that there was nothing they could do about it. If anyone were to book here, I would absolutely not recommend it. Even an elementary school child knows that Jeju is very windy, but they keep repeating that it's because of the wind without even a word of apology. Please never book this kind of accommodation.
