8월 가족 여행을 위해 예약을 미리 4월에 예약을 했고 오늘 일방적인 취소를 당했습니다.저는 분명히 예약 및 결제 진행하고 숙소에 전화해서 3인 가능한지 문의했고. 9살이면 추가 요금내면 가능하다고 해서 예약을 확정했습니다. 그런데 오늘 전화와서 3인은 안된다고 취소해야 한다고 일방적으로 말씀하시네요. 살다살다 이런 후기를 남기게 만드네요. 후기가 좋아 믿고 예약했는데 부당함을 어필하는 통화에 업체 사장님은 일방적인 본인 주장만 합니다. 고객의 관점은 1도 없는 숙소입니다. 제주 여행이 2주 정도 남은 상황에서 선택의 여지가 없어졌네요. 덕분에 우리 가족의 소중한 여름휴가를 망쳐버렸네요.
