Hotel With Jeju

Very old hotel with very dim lights. We booked 2 rooms. The closets in all the rooms are a joke; no door and only 3 hangers. The hanging pole is about 30 cm width. The triple room does not have bedside table at all. The plug outlet is not near table and we have to use our own luggage for putting our phones and powerbanks when charging. The table is a low one below the TV and "chairs" are just seats with no legs. Given only 3 bottles of water per day. Called room service for more water but it never arrived. Towels are 2 per person per day and are hand towel size. Buffet breakfast has a good spread of cereals, fruits, bread and cakes, salads and mains. Menu rotated every 3 days. Best point about this hotel is it's close location to Shilla duty free which is the pick up point for most day tours. On the last day when we wanted to sleep late, we were woken up by false fire alarm instead.

My room was clean and the bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. However, the check-in process was quite slow, and the Wi-Fi connection was unstable during my stay. It’s an average experience overall—not terrible, but not amazing either.
