A disappointing experience for a variety of reasons. Firstly check-in time was stated as 3pm but lady only turned up at 4pm to let me in. Phone number given didn't connect even when using a Korean phone number. I speak no Korean and lady spoke no English which made things difficult and she couldn’t understand the translation app. No instructions provided inside on anything. Would be helpful to have something to give to guests. Room was tidy but not very clean and there was old grease in the kitchen. Location not ideal for walkers doing Jeju Olle trail but my fault for not checking more carefully. Nearby restaurant expensive and not an experience to repeat. Probably a much better experience if had a car.
