The stay was very nice. The staff was helpful and check-in was easy. The room was very clean with nice and enough towels as well as the most comfortable bed I yet had in Korea. The free tangerines in the lobby completed the nice stay. The location is perfect, if you want to go out in the evening, go shopping or quickly be at the airport.

The room is large, clean and comfortable. Most of the front desk staff can speak Chinese and answer all questions. They are very welcoming. The key point is that the pedestrian street is next to it, which is convenient for eating, drinking and shopping. The bus is also very convenient. The hotel is close to the airport and only about a ten minute drive from many attractions. There are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance. The staff were all friendly and the rooms were clean. However, there is room for improvement with amenities. For example, they only give you several small hand towels rather than a regular size body towel for after your shower. There is also only 1 plug for charging or plugging in appliances (like the kettle) in the whole room. I probably wouldn't stay here again as I have stayed in places with much better amenities. for the same price or less.

The experience was much better than i expected. Our room was initially 3rd floor and since the buildings are only 3 stories high, there are only staircases and no lift. Service staff saw that my mum’s back was hurting without my family needing to tell him and offered to change our room to the 2nd floor. The seaside view was amazing as well and the rooms were all very spacious, clean and well maintained. For the price we pay, it was an awesome deal!

This hotel is an apartment-style hotel, just behind Grand Hyatt. The rooms are large and new. There are E-Mart and Lotte Mart nearby, making travel very convenient. It is a ten-minute walk from the duty-free shop. Free airport pick-up and drop-off service is available as long as you make an appointment one day in advance.
