Five out of 5 Amazing Pl. great amenities breakfast was amazing. View is stupendous. They have through everything. Kids absolutely loved it. Use the outdoor grills to cook and eat indoors in the suite. Night swimming was a family favorite.

The staff was all friendly except one. Nicolette at the Shores restaurant was exceptionally friendly and accommodating! She deserves a raise! The breakfast buffet was AMAZING!! Beds are comfy but the pillows are lumpy🫤 It would be nice to have a place to put recycles- I picked up many plastic bottles on the beach. Will definitely come back to stay here!

We had the BEST stay! We were with a group conference and the staff could not have been more amazing. Ari was so helpful and came to our rescue multiple times. They answered all our questions and our room was very nice and clean and the cleaning staff was very respectful of our items while we were out of the room. The bikes were super convenient for getting around to dinner and it was so nice to not have to worry about beach towels. The bistro in the lobby serving Starbucks was a very nice perk as well. They have a $30 resort fee but you can spend it at the bar/ bistro/ restaurant. We will definitely be back!

We've been here going on 4 days now and they have a lot of things they offer like bikes, games, pool, toys for the beach etc. However, the services is slow, they refuse to bring you new sets of towels, we've asked two different times since being here for fresh towels and we've had to physically go downstairs for them because they "don't have anyone available to bring them up". But when we go down there, there's several employees just sitting or walking around. The room smelled musty when we arrived and their solution was a candle. Water pressure isn't the best. Hotel is a little dirty, in the main hallway leading to the elevator and in the elevator there's spillage and what looks like blood on the floors and on the walls in the elevator. It looks like blood some of it too and we were shocked it hadn't been cleaned. Plenty of entrances and exits in case of a fire. Parking isn't bad get's really full at night but the entrances on all sides of the building help. Overall, we're satisfied with our stay. However, they could use some serious improvements for the cost/location. We've been to cheap hotels that came with better food, customer service, and things with the room. The rooms are equipped I will say that, and spacious. Dishes, Stove, Fridge, Dishwasher etc.

I would have scored you higher but the biggest problem was housekeeping, room and pool towels. I understand not cleaning rooms daily, but please provide towels. When I called for them I was told housekeeping was gone (at 3pm) and come to the front desk to get them. By noon all the pool towels are gone.

The bad:Our room need repair badly, there was a circular patch that was falling off the wall which was right next to the electrical box which my child was very interested in, the kitchen did not come with a broom/dustpan which was needed for cleaning, rug was coming apart from the wall in several places in the bedroom, toilet paper was HORRIBLE so be sure to bring your own also paper towels the same, and the trash can in the kitchen is tiny which is bad considering they only clean every other day and that tiny 6/8 gallon gets filled up quick when you cook! Also they had issues with the terminal so took them 20 minutes to get checked in. Internet did have a few issues connecting the 2nd day we were there but was fine after that.housekeeping only leaves 2 towels so be prepared to ask for a 3rd, and check your ice bucket as ours was cracked, we learned when he tried to get ice and it leaked all over the counter The Good: the room came with pots/pans, silverware, plates, cups, and cooking utensils. The outside of the property was very nice with cornhole, the pool, lots of sitting areas both inside and out. The boardwalk was nice walking to the ocean everyday with showers right at the pool. Full breakfast was definitely a perk of Residence in : bagels, oatmeal, waffles, eggs, bacon or sausage, fruit, milk and yogurt. Overall the outside property and staff made up for the room issues. However we won’t be staying there again.
