Arrivés à 18h45, personne qui ne parle que polonais et porte un tee short avec une grosse tâche... Réservation faite sur booking qui affiche bien 2 chambres pour 4 personnes. La femme m'annonce que c'est pour 2 et veux me faire payer double !! Elle appelle sa responsable qui ne veut rien entendre, 45mn de conversation téléphonique avec notre telephone et Google traduction. Les chambres sont plutôt quelconques et donnent sur la route, c'est ce qui est indiqué vue montagne et vue ville !! Finalement, on arrive à annuler car elle veut toujours nous faire payer double... Sans parler qu'elle nous crie presque dessus, et la boss hurle au téléphone. Sans compter que la piscine est vide d'eau, le restaurant est fermé et que la personne allait repartir chez elle en laissant l'hôtel sans aucun personnel à l'intérieur jusqu'au lendemain !!! A FUIR
