I wanted to change my accommodation in the middle of my 9-night stay, so I requested mediation from Trip.com, but the host refused, so I had to stay for another night. I was able to ask the host to clean it once in the middle. Bed sheets, pillows, and towels are all paid for, and no bottled water is provided. It is noisy at night because it is near an elevated highway. The host needs to take proactive measures to improve.

I communicated with the boss via WeChat, but he was not very enthusiastic. He didn't respond to my inquiries about local issues. There was only one local boy working as a waiter in the B&B. When I asked if I could use the washing machine, he said it would cost 40 RM per time. A deposit of RM 80 was required to enter the store, which was quite inconvenient. In short, the service was lacking and it was just average.
