I arrived and nobody was there. Looked around and waited half an hour before going next door and asking someone if they could please use their Korean phone to call the accommodation. Nobody was there when I checked out either. I understand this was a traditional Korean floor mat, but man, so uncomfortable. Walls in room were dirty, bathroom needs to be updated. Zero English, very hard to communicate about my stay. The woman was not very friendly, but her husband was.
