Came to celebrate my wedding anniversary and could not be more disappointed. Not a 5 stars hotel and even less the customer service you receive in here. The quality definitely doesn’t match a 5 stars hotel. Way overpriced for what you get in this place. Not recommending this hotel nor coming back.

This is an amazing hotel by the northeast coast village in Ceara state of Brasil. Fantastic idea with the romantic view from all the rooms to a private pool (upstairs ones) or major pool (downstairs). All employee extreme attentive. Not used to name nobody, but Hostess Mariana deserves special honor medallion! So helpful and friendly, giving us many tips best places to go or nice meals. Food and menu wonderful at the hotel, even with a menu degustation. My only regards concerns about the need to restore some kind of abrasive itens (no big deal on that) and also the needs to reduce the noise among the rooms.

I loved the hotel! Upon arrival, we were greeted with friendly service and a glass of champagne. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable with everything you need for a good night's rest, a complimentary Nespresso coffee machine, treats placed in the room every night, and the bathroom had a great shower and L'Occitane amenities. The balcony opened directly onto the pool, which was huge and very clean, with a wet bar and a breathtaking view. The breakfast was very good, especially the omelets and tapioca made to order, and having coffee on the sand under the beautiful trees was wonderful. The restaurant also serves very good dishes. Most of the time we ordered simple dishes and they were excellent. The service from the restaurant staff was simply perfect, they were always attentive and helpful. I would like to especially thank Marcos, João Vitor and Maciel for making our stay even better.

We chose the Essenza to spend our honeymoon and it was a totally disappointing experience. We contacted the hotel to resolve the issue in the best possible way and they never even got back to us!! - Monday (check-in day): we arrived and the air conditioning wasn't working, we slept super stuffy and hot from Monday to Tuesday, when the air conditioning issue was resolved in the afternoon. - Tuesday: the shower water wasn't heating up, we had to take a cold shower. - Wednesday: the same problem as Tuesday, the shower water wasn't heating up, we had to take a cold shower. In addition, there was constant construction noise ALL DAY LONG, from early in the morning, right above our room and in the pool area. I was woken up on several occasions by the noise, AT SEVEN IN THE MORNING, it sounded like it was inside my room. Drilling, banging, and so on... All the problems were always reported immediately and NOTHING. We saw several other guests complaining a lot. In short: our stay, as advertised, especially considering the high price we paid for the night, did not happen. We were completely disappointed and felt totally cheated. We chose Essenza as our honeymoon destination, we only had a week to enjoy it and we wanted a place that would give us exactly what Essenza promises: peace, tranquility, comfort... and we ended up getting the opposite of that. After returning, we tried to contact them for two weeks, without any willingness on their part to listen and resolve the issue. Absurd!!! Complete disregard. There are other much better hotels in Jericoacoara, at the same level. For example, The Chilli Beach.

Hotel que ja foi bom r que está caído! Sem manutenção, sujo e ensebado!! Os funcionários são mal educados e mal treinados e te abordam o tempo todo se você ousar em passar ali perto, apenas para conhecer!! Um absurdo! Tem tratam como bandido e como se você fosse assaltar o hotel! HORRÍVEL!!! Estamos aqui no carnaval e tentamos conhecer mas impossível chegar 5 metros de distância pois você é tratado como criminoso! Mesmo assim estamos de olho, todos os dias! 11 dias aqui em Jeri e o hotel vazio!! Apenas 2 casais e os garçons parados um olhando pro outro! O mundo gira né minha gente! Aprendam a tratar bem as pessoas! Dignamente!!! Um dia você esta em cima e no outro vc ja caiu! É pos isso que o hotel esta abandonado, velho e sujo!!

Eu e minha noiva estávamos fazendo uma visita pelas pousadas de Jeri pela praia, para passarmos uma diária. Após termos visitado várias pousadas, o Essenza Hotel foi o único que não nos permitiu a entrada para visita, com a justificativa que teríamos que fazer uma volta por fora, pela entrada principal. Faltou bom senso ao hotel, que perdeu de cara possíveis clientes. Péssimo atendimento.

Esqueci um item no meu quarto e ao chegar na minha casa percebi e acionei o hotel. Demoraram 10 dias para me responder e, para a surpresa de ninguém, informaram que não haviam encontrado nada no quarto. Ora, 10 dias depois é claro que o item não vai mais estar lá. Criou asas e saiu voando? Esperava mais profissionalismo de um hotel tão caro.

Sono rimasta molto delusa , nel sito foto pazzesche , la cosa bella è la posizione ma il resto a partire dalle camere che sono vecchissime trascurate poca manutenzione, la colazione della mattina non è pazzesca , bagni molto vecchi per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato mi aspettavo qualcosa di più . Il cibo non vi consiglio di mangiare nell hotel perché non sono bravi , nel paese che è 5 minuti a piedi ci sono ristoranti meritevoli e hotel pazzeschi non con la stessa vista ma di qualità del cibo TOP e stanze paradisiache
