A good health resort if you like mineral waters. Physiotherapy, which not only helps to relax, but also treats joint diseases. Friendly staff and excellent service. Daily free transfer to mineral water sources. Good cuisine and three meals a day.

When i booked , its supposed to be FULL board with dinner, breakfast & lunch included but the lady receptionist said lunch was not included. She also wanted us out of the room at 12 noon when the check out time is 1:00 pm.

I found the place cold and impersonal. The only time I saw an English speaking member of staff was on check in. I went down to reception numerous times but it was usually empty, so I was not able to find out about treatments available. The water in the shower was tepid, not warm enough for a comfortable shower: I tried it at various times. The staff serving food were friendly. Some of the food was very good but much on the buffet looked as if it had sat there all day. I left around 7 am and there was no one in sight anywhere. Maybe it livens up in summer. Despite the rain, I did go on some beautiful walks. The water was to die for: when I did wash my hair, despite the luke warm water, it felt the softest I can remember it. The room was clean and comfortable. If it had been warmer, I would have enjoyed the balcony. In the lobby, there is a coffee dispensing machine, common in Armenia. I tried for a cappuccino and got a sweet black nescafe. All in all that coffee summed up my feelings towards the resort. I left without experiencing anything that the resort had to offer apart from the room and some meals.

This is not just a hotel it is a Sanatorium Санаторий! U come here to take some treatments to improve your health (Spa is about well being, this one is different!) The rooms we were given ( another pleasant upgrade for all 5 of us on this trip) are comfy, large and clean. Balconies and nice views ! The owner and the personnel were helpful and sympathetic. For dinner we did not stay , as we did not like the concept ( but I was told that the quests prefer it this way). The hotel could arrange you also a driver to get to geysers (it is not close to the hotel !) - we were very happy to go with Ervand. We liked our Санаторий !

Отдыхали и лечились в этом чудесном месте с мужем в ноябре 2023 года 12 дней! Планировали заранее хотели совместить посмотреть Армению и лечение в санатории ! По сравнению с санаториями Кавказа цены в разы дешевле а сервис просто европейский! Пока ехали до Джермука посетили по пути достопримечательности монастыри храмы ! Красота Армении впечатляет своими горами каньонами водопадами и конечно гостеприимством! На ресепшене нас приветливо и по родному встретили ! Мы бронировали двухместный стандарт а нам дали двухкомнатный люкс без всяких доплат! Санаторий красивая архитектура ! Очень приятно удивило питание все включено просто на высшем уровне! Как будто все время мы находились в ресторане ! Шеф повар просто класс!! Несмотря на малое количество отдыхающих еды было много и разнообразно! В обед всегда угощали вином! Лечение тоже понравилось грязи помогают точно ! Медперсонал отзывчивый культурный все знают свою работу! Очередей не было народу было мало мы до обеда все успевали!На питьевую галерею всегда возили даже если нас двое! Вокруг санатория клумбы всегда чисто дорога до питьевой галереи очень красивая мы потом пешком только ходили уж так нас вкусно кормили чтоб вес не набрать вот и ходили!😃 в шаговой доступности прекрасный водопад ! Можно каждый день любоваться! Погода тоже была отличная! На экскурсии можно с санатория организоваться что мы и сделали! Вообщем спасибо всему персоналу ! Считаем что нам повезло что мы у вас побывали полечились посмотрели Армению! Было интересно! Безопасно ! Красиво! Думаем что соберемся еще и будем рекомендовать своим друзьям! Спасибо за чудесный отдых!🙏👍

Всё очень хорошо, за исключением того, что была бессонница. Наверное высота 2000 над уровнем моря тому причина. Мало кислорода, поэтому сна нет. Что особенно понравилось, прилетела в 5 утра. Меня встретили, отвезли и сразу провели в номер, чтобы я могла отдохнуть. Вопрос оплаты был первостепенен для меня, но не для санатория. Весь персонал любезен и готов помочь в любом вопросе.

Замечательный санаторий. Понравилось все. Хорошее расположение, до питьевой галереи прогулочным шагом 20 минут . Можно проехать транспортом санатория . Джермук в октябре прекрасен, гулять по нему и дышать чудесным воздухом -одно удовольствие. В санатории созданы все условия для хорошего отдыха и лечения . Лечебных процедур неограниченное количество.Внимательный медицинский персонал. Очень дружелюбный персонал в санатории, начиная от ресепшена и заканчивая горничными. Прекрасное питание, спасибо Левону, который каждый день удивлял вкуснейшими блюдами армянской кухни. Хорошее оснащение номеров. Постель замечательная с ортопедическим матрацем.Спасибо уважаемому Арарату, менеджеру Вере, Арпи и всем работникам санатория за лечение, радушный прием, шикарное питание, прекрасный отдых. Ирина.
