"Overall, my stay was quite pleasant. The hotel's location is convenient, with plenty of amenities nearby, making dining and getting around very easy. The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient with both check-in and check-out. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The air conditioning worked well, and the hot water supply was stable, with no issues. The room was well-equipped, meeting all basic needs. Although the hotel isn't particularly large, it's clear they put thought into everything, and the attention to detail was good. The breakfast offered a decent variety and tasted good. All in all, it's a hotel with good value for money, suitable for short business trips or leisure travel. If I return to this city, I would definitely consider staying here again."
"It’s been a long time leaving Jersey City, I come back to visit and it’s a great place to live as you feel like home with capability of cooking and laundry, and it’s convenient to walk to CVS and ShopRite and 10 mins to WTC Manhattan by Path, definitely choose this place next time!"
"Excellent location, right next to PATH station, which in ~20 min gets you to the Times square or WTC. Rooms are very spacious, area around is great. There are shopping centres, Target, etc near by. Riverside walk, which is less than 100 meters from the hotel, turned out to be our daily affair as it provided a beautiful night scene of the Downton NYC skyline."
"There is a kitchen for cooking, with two electric stoves, the one against the wall has a stronger firepower, and the location is good, just on the other side of Manhattan, and it only takes 10 minutes to walk to the Hudson River. It seems that there are many Chinese students living in this area. There is a path subway downstairs, which is very convenient to go to the World Trade Center and Midtown Manhattan. There is a supermarket downstairs, and there is a monkey father and son within a ten-minute walk. The overall price is cheaper than that in Manhattan. For example, the buffet in Manhattan is $13.99 per pound, and this one is $11.99 per pound. There is a Chinese restaurant called Da Sichuan more than 200 meters away, which is moderately priced, tastes good, and has large portions."
"There should be no similar cost-effective in this area. The hotel is opposite to the PATH station. One stop has already reached Manhattan and the World Trade Center on the other side. Try to choose a higher floor (if you can consider adding money), there is no comparison and no harm. I have seen the room on the second floor of the fitness center. The door is densely packed, which proves that the area inside is very small. This time I upgraded to the 6th floor. There is plenty of space in the room. There is a kitchen and living room. You can invite friends over for a party. Don’t expect too much American breakfast. There is no photo in the room. Basically, there is no difference between the pictures in the introduction. The hotel is new, clean, and the hardware is clear. The service is not very friendly to Asians. Please bring your own fluent English."
"This hotel is quite good. Although it is in Jersey City, it is not far from the center of New York. It is just across the tunnel and across the river! However, there are some traffic jams in the tunnel during morning and evening rush hours, so be prepared!"
"The service attitude is really bad. I arrived at 5pm and was told that there was only one room near the elevator entrance, and the others were not cleaned. I waited for more than an hour before being told that this room type only had the one near the elevator entrance. So what were I waiting for?
There were yellow stains on the towels. The air conditioner broke down the next day and they said that all the floors were broken, unless I moved to a lower floor."
"This place is a hidden gem. It is very close to Newport station and takes less than an hour to reach main attractions in NYC. When we checked in, Harry was extremely helpful. He not only greeted us well and, but also came out of his desk to show us the path to go to Newport station. He also shared a guide map copy of the location. Breakfast is in downstairs in front of reception with 4 seating inside and more outside patio. There is couple of sweets options with juices, yogurt, coffees and fruits. If you are visiting from UK, you might find portion size is a bit big. The room is quite spacious. We took a king room. Although housekeeping is on request, they cleaned our room on the second day, which we were not prepared for."
"A fairly standard hotel, sometimes the price is cheap and cost-effective. I don't recommend it if it's over 1100. Because the location is very bad, you can book a better hotel. It's far from the station and you need to take a taxi, but there is breakfast, which is not bad (not as good as in China, but it's okay)"
