It is a hotel located in the center of Jerte, the rooms are large, very nice decoration, large and very comfortable beds, very clean and the people are very nice and of course the breakfast is phenomenal and it has a very good restaurant with very nice dishes and very good food.

Hemos pasado cuatro días en el hotel . Desde nuestra llegada nos atendió Yolanda que es una maravilla , siempre pendiente de que tuviéramos una buena experiencia El hotel está bien , especialmente el restaurante que está dentro. Muy recomendable probarlo Las camas muy cómodas y la habitación ( superior) muy bien y fiel a las imágenes. Sin embargo la doble no se ajustaba en absoluto a las fotos de la web, nos decepcionó bastante la verdad El desayuno es en una terraza muy agradable, lo encontramos muy limitado para un hotel de 4 estrellas

La mala experiencia solo fue con la directora. Explicándole una situación “especial”, no comprendió nada y priorizó solamente su dinero. Perderá más por hacerlo así. Eso seguro. A veces se gana más empatizando un poco. Excelente el trato con la persona que allí nos atendió y recibió: Yolanda.

Muy contento con la experiencia de este hotel, porque tiene detalles que lo hacen único y muy particular. Agradecer la amabilidad y la profesionalidad de la directora Esmeralda, Beatriz en el SPA y Juanma en el restaurante Candilejas, por cierto espectacular en la presentación de sus platos y sabores. Sin duda lo recomendaría a todos mis amigos y familiares, ya que hemos pasado unos días maravillosos descubriendo Jerte y sus cerezos en flor.

Hotel acogedor, bien decorado, con buena ubicación, habitación amplia, desayuno variado, la cena la hicimos en el restaurante y muy acertado con platos novedosos y bien cocinados. También nos hicimos un tratamiento en el SPA y muy recomendable . Trato exquisito.

Fui con mi pareja a pasar el fin de semana.el hotel y la habitación muy acogedor todo.a la habitación no le faltaba detalle.cama de 200x200,televisor grande,en general todo perfecto.por poner un pero,que en la habitación que nos toco había bañera y no plato de ducha como en otras,sin mampara.por lo demas todo perfecto

Es un lugar encantador. Desayuno muy rico con café recién hecho y zumo de naranja natural. Masaje de ensueño , circuito termal privado que se disfruta el triple y la habitación es muy romántica, huele todo fenomenal y está plagado de detalles .Muy recomendable su restaurante y tomar algo en su terraza con vista a las montañas. Justo fuimos un finde en el que eran las fiestas del pueblo y por la noche hubo mucho ruido pero agradezco que nos lo advirtieran antes de reservar por lo que para mi no es una pega aunque me despertara la música varias veces. Lo bueno es que el pueblo estaba animado y eso también dio juego. No es barato pero es un precio estándar y similar al resto del mercado. Una maravilla . Gracias 🧡
