Nice clean hotel, very close to the beach. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Room was clean and tidy, bathroom and shower very good. No complaints whatsoever, highly recommended.

The staff at this hotel are friendly and helpful. The majority of guests were German or Italian but in general the hotel staff spoke good English. The location is within easy walking distance of the beach, shops and restaurants. The only negative is that you have to pay 20 euros per day to use the sun loungers on the beach and this wasn't explained at booking, and as the beach is filled with them there is no opportunity to sit on the sand without paying for one. The pool is small but adequate, provided the hotel isn't too busy; also other than using the seats at the front there is no place to sit outside in the evening as they close the pool area at 7pm.

Just back from a fantastic holiday at the Eden Hotel, two adults & two 17year old lads) . Most guests were families and couples. Everything was perfect for us; the pool, staff, location, room, cleanliness, restaurant, food.. The list goes on. Location was ideal, we requested rooms overlooking Piazza Mazzini which was always full of life, way in to the evening. We loved it but if you prefer to be a bit quieter, the rooms on the other side of the hotel may be for you. Step out of the door on to Via Bafile which is full of shops, bars & restaurants (and amazing Gelato stops). There's also a few stops a long she way with children's rides. Only an hour to Venice by bus and beautiful boat trip. The beach is less than 5 mins walk from the hotel and gas it's own area of the beach with sun loungers and umbrellas (this is included in some rooms) We'll definitely be back to the Eden Hotel as it is in the perfect location for everything whether you're 0 or 100. Thanks Hotel Eden, we love you!
