English: Never stayed in a worse place than this, I must say that we are very easy-going people and not snobbish, but honestly the smell that could be felt in our room I would say that it exceeded all limits. I could not say exactly where it came from but even with the bathroom door kept closed all day the situation did not change. The room was not very clean and not well cared for in every way, between the cobwebs, hair everywhere, dust and a nice cockroach in the bathroom let's not even talk about it. We specified the cot at the time of booking and when we arrived in the room we found 1 bunk bed, my husband asked the reception if it was possible to do something and he was answered in a very annoyed and rude way that they will see what to do! For what we spent on the side rail we would have done better to buy it! Breakfast a bit sad, not to mention the quality! The most annoying thing was hearing the staff complain about the customers out loud and above all not even holding back in the slightest in front of other customers. Quality/price I would say it is a rip-off! Never again

Un’esperienza pessima. Vergognosa e frustrante. Camere rotte, affollate di letti, cibo scadente e mal cucinato, sporcizia. Una mancanza di rispetto verso il prossimo, verso la clientela e dare per scontato che la gente subisca passivamente una gestione che parla chiaramente della mentalità che oramai dilaga. Fossi in loro mi farei un bell’esame di coscienza su quello che è accaduto di recente e se lo ritengono giusto e rispettoso. Mai più!!!
