"I made a reservation because I was attracted to the low price, but there was no complaint. It was a little inconvenient to move because it was far from the center. Also, the heater's firepower was a little weak and it was a little chilly. It was a pity that there was no refrigerator in the room, but it didn't bother me much because it was winter. The person at the front desk felt good. Considering the high price of hotels in Brussels, the cost performance is not bad, and these little concerns will be insignificant. The view from the room was beautiful."

"Amazing hotel and wonderful garden. All very well. Just a very bad encounter with the front desk receptionist Gomez. The lock in my room was not working and I checked with the front desk on this. Mr Gomez reply was 'do you not feel safe'?
For a paying customer safety is of the utmost importance and this was not taken seriously at all. He then just went on to serve another guest without acknowledgment to our conversation. I called the front desk to ask them to come and have a look. The phone was answered by Mr Gomez, who said he would be there right away, but did not show up at all.
This is pathetic and unacceptable behaviour towards a guest who is concerned about their safety in a renowned hotel like yours. I trust this will be looked into with some level of seriousness"

"Check-in is from 4pm. It was written at the entrance that the gate code for the entrance would be sent by email, but it had not been sent. There were several people who didn't know how to get in like me, and one of them ended up calling the hotel. Then a staff member came out and we were able to get in. The explanation and system for how to get in are sloppy. The reviews said that the rooms were moldy and dirty, but the rooms were clean and there were towels, so there was nothing in particular."
