When I called to check the room availability, Hemant at the front desk declined availability, said they have no parking and when I asked me to connect to his manager, he said there is no one other than him who I could speak to. He was lying for no reason and acting smart for no reason. Everyone at the hotel has terrible attitude. Pls avoid.

Useless hotel. Please avoid . Manager incompetent. Staff unresponsive. Food average. Room below average. Loud music heard in rooms when party going on Wifi poor . Poor parking . Nothing good about it . no hot water 24 hrs. Waiters not trained.

The property is conveniently located in Jhansi with nice big rooms with modern amenities. The eye catch point is the garden outside the room which adds to the Hotels facilities. The food is very good gives the taste of true Bundelkhand cuisine!!

The worst hotel i have ever been, staff is helpless, plates were full of thin dust layer , asked to change them denied directly without checking as well, air-condition is poor , smelly mattress even mouth freshner is on chargeable basis, will never recommend this property to anyone, staff even doesn't understand the needful of the guest on call, everytime we tried connecting over telecom was being answered rudely and asked to call another extension num which was never answered Owner of this hotel should intervine regarding the above points at earliest A bad bye . Thanks for nothing

Worst experience i had at Jhansi Hotel in jhansi. There was no cooperation from hotel side and the staff behaves very badly. Never recommend this hotel for any wedding purpose. If you want to hire the hotel and service in jhansi then contact Micasa hotel, jhansi. My friends wife ordered 2 pcs of idli for her 1/5 year child and they gave only 1 piece of idli and told we can only give 1 piece of idli. There is no humanity within the staff at all over here. If such a person spending money for the room then he/she can pay for the 1 plate of idli also. So kindly do not recommend this property to any of your relative or for yourself.
