標準間，房間設施按標準配置，該有的都配有（值得一提的是長條桌，可以置放許多）；客房服務按標準提供，該做的都到位（值得稱讚的是一次性面巾/浴巾）。前台永遠微笑接待，和氣耐心解答詢問給出建議。房間隔音不錯，幾乎聽不到窗外隔壁過道的噪聲。門前的“建設北街”可以説是“觀光之道”：沿街向南，前行400米就是聞名的“火盆街”。高麗火盆是每位觀光客必須品嚐的集安美食；前行850米是“集安博物館”。遊覽世界文化遺產“高句麗文化古蹟”之前，一定要到此大致瞭解一下高句麗的歷史概況；前行1100米就到了“大吉他主題廣場”，感受本地的市民文化與夜生活。其餘的著名旅遊景區（例如高句麗文化古蹟的丸都山城/好太王碑/長壽王陵、鴨綠江國門、五女峯）則需要乘車前往。住宿本店，吃飯還是很方便的，早餐最好選在距離190米的“張記粥餅城”，正餐可以前往火盆街或建設北街和黎明南街上的各類餐館。距離300米的解放街有很多售賣新鮮水果的地攤。下單本店時瀏覽了全部150多條評論，其中有多位住客吐槽房間面積浮誇。好奇心驅使，用手邊的軟尺測量了一下：卧室4.9米×3.0米=14.7平米，衞生間1.8米×1.8米=3.3平米，合計18平米，與標稱面積相差太大。對此，酒店或平台應予以核准或解釋澄清（例如是指“建築面積”）。

When taking a bath, the shower is facing the door. The water flowed to the dry area from the empty gap of the glass door fan, the floor drain slope was not done well, the water was flooded in Jinshan, and people stepped on the water. I took a lot of effort to dry the water with the floor towel. This problem hopes that the hotel will improve it quickly.

Overall, I'm very satisfied. The hotel's facilities are a bit old, but the price is reasonable. There are parking spaces around. Although it's not very luxurious, it's enough for a good night's sleep.

房間是新房，無異味，很乾凈很新很整潔，我訂房我對以上有很看重，它很和我意，很滿意，進屋心情愉悦住得很舒適開心。可以説公寓能做成漢庭的標準，我是漢庭會員，而且價格合理比，周邊安靜，停車方便。唯一就是離遊玩地方有1.5—2km距離，住宿很滿意價廉物美。以下圖片是我離店時收拾完啦拍得照片。
