房間很一般，網上訂的2個大床房，面積25平方米，可前台開好房間，一個房間連20平方都不到，找前台協商要求換成25平大房間，酒店衹給換成標準間，我們要求退差價，酒店不願意退，最後又給換成了一大一小床的雙床房，一晚上折騰換了三間房！酒店服務也不好，來客人愛答不理的，訂的大房間給小的，沒有信譽；房間衞生也不好，真的很差的感覺！

該店服務員服務態度挺好的，房間的兩瓶水喝完了，又向客房服務員要，客房服務員很客氣給了兩瓶，退房時，總枱服務員主動問我們要不要礦泉水，這關心客人的服務態度是很難得的；早餐也不錯，品種很豐富；但客房衞生間沖淋池有問題 ，沖淋池擋水坎偏低，沖淋池玻璃門扇底部距擋水坎有6～7公分的空擋間隙，門扇開啟一側也有2～3公分空擋間隙，洗澡時花灑又正對着門，水從玻璃門扇空擋間隙大量流向幹區，地漏坡度又沒有做好，水漫金山，人踩在水裡了，我費了好大的功夫，用地巾把水吸幹，這種問題希望酒店要抓緊改進。

標準間，房間設施按標準配置，該有的都配有（值得一提的是長條桌，可以置放許多）；客房服務按標準提供，該做的都到位（值得稱讚的是一次性面巾/浴巾）。前台永遠微笑接待，和氣耐心解答詢問給出建議。房間隔音不錯，幾乎聽不到窗外隔壁過道的噪聲。門前的“建設北街”可以説是“觀光之道”：沿街向南，前行400米就是聞名的“火盆街”。高麗火盆是每位觀光客必須品嚐的集安美食；前行850米是“集安博物館”。遊覽世界文化遺產“高句麗文化古蹟”之前，一定要到此大致瞭解一下高句麗的歷史概況；前行1100米就到了“大吉他主題廣場”，感受本地的市民文化與夜生活。其餘的著名旅遊景區（例如高句麗文化古蹟的丸都山城/好太王碑/長壽王陵、鴨綠江國門、五女峯）則需要乘車前往。住宿本店，吃飯還是很方便的，早餐最好選在距離190米的“張記粥餅城”，正餐可以前往火盆街或建設北街和黎明南街上的各類餐館。距離300米的解放街有很多售賣新鮮水果的地攤。下單本店時瀏覽了全部150多條評論，其中有多位住客吐槽房間面積浮誇。好奇心驅使，用手邊的軟尺測量了一下：卧室4.9米×3.0米=14.7平米，衞生間1.8米×1.8米=3.3平米，合計18平米，與標稱面積相差太大。對此，酒店或平台應予以核准或解釋澄清（例如是指“建築面積”）。
