During the midsummer vacation, I drove north to look for a good place to sketch. On the way to Ji'an, I came across a small courtyard not far away, which was an unexpected surprise. The ancient trees here are towering, the bricks and tiles express feelings, and the scenery in the courtyard is picturesque, which makes people feel relaxed and happy. The hosts are a couple who are pottery artists. They are not only skilled in craftsmanship, but also treat each other with enthusiasm. From the warm breakfast in the early morning light to the sumptuous delicacies at nightfall, every meal is full of the taste of home and leaves people with endless aftertaste. We brought our daughter here, and with a flick of the brush, we not only captured the beautiful scenery in front of us, but also allowed us to draw the surprise and emotion deeply in our hearts.
