住過那麼多酒店，這家真的讓我眼前一亮！房間佈置温馨雅緻，傢俱擺放規整，沒有一絲雜亂。衞生間乾淨無異味，洗漱用品也擺放整齊，衞生方面無可挑剔。從前台的熱情接待，到客房服務的及時響應，都讓人倍感温暖。而且酒店整體環境優美，綠植環繞，空氣清新，住在這裏身心都得到了極大的放鬆！推薦！

這次入住體驗非常滿意，酒店的服務和環境都超出了我的預期。首先，酒店的地理位置非常便利，周邊交通便捷，距離主要景點和商業區都很近，出行非常方便。其次，酒店的裝修風格現代且温馨，房間寬敞明亮，設施齊全，床品舒適，尤其是床墊的軟硬度恰到好處，讓我一夜好眠。衞生方面也無可挑剔，房間和浴室都非常乾淨整潔，細節處理得很到位。
酒店的服務人員態度非常友好，從前台到客房服務，每一位員工都面帶微笑，熱情周到。入住時前台工作人員迅速幫我辦理了手續，還詳細介紹了酒店的設施和周邊環境。客房服務響應速度也很快，有任何需求都能及時得到解決。早餐種類豐富，中西式結合，食材新鮮，味道也很不錯，為一天的行程提供了充足的能量。

特別特別差。完全沒有服務。我可以理解你過年人手不夠在樓下辦理入住要等久。辦理入住説錄入人臉識別。不用房卡。上去了識別不了。找酒店電話打不通。空號。跑下去。找大堂。大堂又給我搞了個卡。。搞了卡上來又不行。又跑下去。要求前台給我換房間。不換。又刷新了卡。上去依然不可以。來回坐電梯折騰。接近一個小時讓人在房間外也不願意換房間。作為一個酒店你們就這麼噁心嗎。找個保安上來用酒店的內部卡打開給我説下去換個卡給我。跑下去一趟上來。也不行。又説下去換。結果就沒上來過了。我再三要求換個房間你們都不幹。真是搞笑。早點倒閉吧。垃圾！

房間夠新大，沒有異味，1 .5大床2張就夠舒適，衞浴乾濕分離比較適合，衞生間沒有掛鈎不太方便，馬桶有加熱自動沖水，人臉識別的開門方式覺得不太適應，感覺不太安全。電梯比較陳舊，估計裝修了房間沒翻新電梯。
早餐就太隨意了，沒咖啡，沒煮的湯麪，冷冰冰的炒麪，炒飯，油條白粥，一些沙糖桔，吃是能吃飽，沒拍照。
