多次入住了，肖姐服務一如既往的暖心和熱情，酒店細節很到位，大斤電梯門口便民小禮物豐富，房間大並且衞生乾淨整潔，就是9樓走廊上能否想想辦沫去掉異味，特別説明房間無異味，就是走廊上有一丟丟味道。

第一次開車從三亞返回北京的路上，走到郴州境內天將黑，找到離高速路最近的縣——嘉禾縣，用手機捜到凱迪精品酒店，價格非常便宜，本來抱着湊合一晚的想法選擇了這家能免費停車的酒店，業務員肖女士非常熱心，在前台接待繁忙的情況下出門指揮我們停車，還給我升級了房型，同樣的價格住到了豪華大床房，房間乾淨整潔，洗漱用品齊全，配備的一次性布拖鞋質量不錯，因為是初春房間有點冷，但櫃式空調讓我們夫婦倆和小狗狗度過了温暖的一夜。酒店附近吃飯也方便，我和老公都很滿意，直唸叨，這是我們一路開車住宿性價比最高的一個酒店，晚上在附近吃到了新鮮的魚和青菜，第二天早上又在小巷內找了家早點鋪子吃到正宗的湖南肉炒米粉，難忘的一次旅行，下次有機會還住這裏。

房間設施很完備，而且一樓大堂還有便民物資非常貼心，同時要感謝前台肖姐人很熱情提供了幫助。酒店本身應該是有點老，但床品毛巾都乾淨，最好的是床墊和枕頭非常好，提供睡眠足夠的支撐，睡的很好。地段很好，周圍好吃的極多

停車的話就停酒店旁邊的小巷子裏，不會貼罰單，房間衞生一般般，設施比較老舊，但是對得上這個價格，房間面積很大，附近很多吃的

設施：要升級，要改善，如用熱水，兩個人續洗都沒法洗，也沒有註明用熱水器的，要間隔時間，哪天我才把頭洗了一半全是冷水都感冒了，這點是非常不滿的
