床墊的質量非常好，睡在上面很舒服，因為是去考試，所以睡眠成了一件很重要的事情。老闆的服務態度非常熱情。衞生很好。

來考試，出門口就是考場，很方便，叔叔阿姨很熱情。退房了，還幫我寄存了書包。兩口子總是笑呵呵的看着你。很温暖，房間裏也很暖和，，我進房間就看到，老闆提前準備好的一包新的洗漱用品及拖鞋。下次考試還去他家。每年出差去佳木斯的次數太多了，這次住的真的很滿意。價格也經濟實惠，別人家都漲價了。他家並沒有。離萬達也很近。

房間不錯，衞生比較一般，還留有一小部分上個租客的垃圾。
老闆人挺好的。酒店管理比較隨意，退房挺方便的
床挺舒服的，門感覺不怎麼緊，沒有拍圖。
離學校近，很多學生，樓下就是文具店和打印店，買東西方便。附近吃的店不太多走不遠有一家早餐店，還有個韓餐店和賣煎餅的，也有小賣店。

還可以，沒有洗漱用具，沒有廁紙，自己準備好，我住的屋子非常不隔音，隔壁水龍頭放水聲音很大，大的睡不着
