3樓的這個房間，相當於是個小閣樓，有一片落地窗。房間隔音不太好，樓梯走道里有人走路、説話，隔壁的房子裝修敲打的聲音都能聽見。洗手間在一樓，淋浴洗澡要到對面二樓，不太方便，除此之外都很好，房費實惠，老闆娘和小姑人都很好，因為當地公交和出租車不方便，走的時候還勞煩老闆娘送到汽車站。劍川還是值得來玩兩三天的，古城人少靜謐，千獅山和沙溪古鎮也蠻有味道，值得走走逛逛，本來想去看石寶山石窟，但是交通不便沒去成，以後有機會再來咯

踩坑！圖文不符！入住需謹慎！
客棧位置偏，周圍吃飯不方便，想去劍陽樓散步單程就要走十五分鐘以上。
而且實際上是兩家客棧，掛在網上圖片的房間是A客棧，實際到店之後會把你帶到對面的B客棧。
真實入住的普通間（公共衞浴），實際上是在三樓樓梯轉角處用木窗隔了個四五平米的小空間，層高不到兩米。一張床兩把椅子基本就放滿了。要上廁所衹能到一樓公共廁所，所謂的公共廁所也衹是樓梯下面斜着弄了個空間出來，抬頭都不方便衹有一兩平。如果要洗澡就衹能從B客棧的三樓下到一樓然後走到對面A客棧的二樓。非常不方便！
住過很多公共衞浴的，這家是廁所最少最不方便的。
雖然房價低，一般沒那麼多講究。但是圖片跟入住完全不一樣就説不過去了吧！房間什麼樣就是什麼樣，你不能網站上看着像那麼回事，實際上給人住個樓梯轉角？説實在的你就算真的把樓梯轉角這間如實掛上去賣個低價，人家訂的時候最起碼心裡有數。像這種弄虛作假可不是個好好做生意的樣子。
男老闆表面上比較客氣，女老闆麼更是表面功夫都懶得做。
