本來想着一個古村落，又因為是爸爸去哪兒的拍攝地，感覺應該有的逛，但其實比較遺憾。周圍吃飯的地方衹有1、2家，晚上燈黑了，差點迷路。早餐要把車子開到外面主馬路進口的地方才有。房子就是自己的住宅改建的，床鋪倒是乾淨，洗澡水也不錯。房主在早晨離開的時候，沒有見到。真心不推薦來這裏玩，好沒意思。

乾淨整潔的農家環境、友善親切的店主夫婦，不同於星級酒店的體驗，值得推薦。
第一天到店已是晚6點多，臨時讓店主準備幾個熱菜，便宜實惠又新鮮，是國慶行程中吃得最有家味的餐食。
怡然居位於村口，古樸厚重的新葉古村沒有太多商業氣氛，晚上和早晨分別打卡，不一樣的感受，即使國慶期間，遊客也不是很多，遊玩體驗佳。
最後離開時，店主夫婦還贈送了自種的南瓜等蔬菜，感謝熱情滿滿的店主。

民宿位於新葉古村北面，離南塘衹有三四分鐘不行距離。房間很寬敞，衞生間也很乾凈。房東話不多，不過態度很好。由於新葉古鎮商業化程度不高，住宿供應比較有限。古村基本都是當地居民，在這個地方停留一晚，享受一下清凈和濃郁的生活氣息，對都市人來説是個不錯的選擇。

房間很乾凈，老闆和老闆娘都很樸實很善良，他們自己家種的葡萄和西瓜都很甜，土雞蛋和玉米也很好吃，值得推薦的民宿。
