民宿的老闆人非常好，詳細的告訴我怎麼走怎麼停車。早上窗外的風景真的非常棒，距離推薦的林媽小吃還有兩家很火的燒烤店都很近，步行就可以到。林媽小吃斜對面就是菜市場，早起逛逛菜市場也很棒。

酒店的地理位置十分優越，應該在建德來説是最最市中心地段了，與購物中心相連，購物，吃飯，喝咖啡都是電梯與走廊間的距離，特別是我最愛的星巴克，在建德有三家門店，樓下這家是唯一能夠做手沖的門店。地下車庫很大，停車很方便，當然是付費的。每天早晚都到江邊走路鍛鍊身體，順便看看日出與日落，還有N多人在晨練與納涼，酒店與清涼的新安江水就是隔了一條馬路的距離。在從四川到上海這段長江全流域40度以上高温的區域內，坐在20度不到的江邊發朋友圈，拉仇恨的節奏呀（哈哈哈哈）！到建德最不能放過的就是早餐的豆腐包，就是樓下第一個路口的早餐店，斜對面就是菜場，每天早上都要買豆腐包吃。看到下午有人在菜場排隊，也去排隊買到了鹵味打包帶回房間，差點鮮掉了舌頭，太好吃了！距離酒店一公里範圍內的美食太多了，最起碼有七八家非常棒的餐廳，要把這幾家店裡的主打菜嘗一遍的話，每家至少要去4-5次以上，為了清涼，為了美食，我會每年都來的。酒店的服務沒得説，非常好，有任何問題與需要，微信中招呼一聲，馬上解決，讓我們住在這兒的這幾天非常輕鬆愉快，退房的時候也不用辦理任何手續，衹是在微信中打個招呼，説一聲再見，可以讓阿姨去房間搞衞生了，這就完成了全部的退房手續。非常喜歡建德這個小城，是大杭州區域內最宜居的，而且是消費水平最合理的城鎮，沒有之一！補充一句，第一張照片的中間那幢高樓就是我們入駐的酒店，我太太喜歡靠在挑窗這兒看日出，我喜歡這張大沙發，軟硬度與支撐都是我最喜歡的，我在入住的這幾天裏，白天的大部分時間都是在沙發上度過的。

房間很乾凈，也很漂亮，樓上樓下都有空調，洗衣機，冰箱都有，很方便，樓上還有一個榻榻米，小朋友很喜歡。性價比也很高，下次來新安江就住這裏了

之前訂的雷迪森被徵用了，馬上訂了這家民宿。完全不遜色，落地大窗，能一覽江。
房間2層比較大，樓上樓下都有電視，廚房有餐具，廁所清爽熱水充足。
服務不得不説下，老闆人在杭州籌備新店還在和我微信溝通，由於預訂比較匆忙，加上人員調整，我們多出一個人，老闆耐心的回覆並提出給我們換一個房型，給予加床的服務，解決了我們的燃眉之急。另外，還指導我們如何停車，如何節約停車費，雖然都是小問題，但見微知著，服務就是方方面面都很好的顧及到了。
等疫情穩定，大家都要去體驗下。
