衞生、環境和服務都挺好，尤其是一出門沒多遠就是新安江文化廣場，早上和傍晚看白沙奇霧是很好的點。略有不足的是房間偏小，較大的問題是標間的其中一個床正對洗手間房門，而該房門是透明玻璃的，望儘早改進為好。
