1.酒店在晚11點多時已將酒店燈牌熄滅，對比其他酒店醒目的燈牌很難找（門口沒有路燈，稍不注意就會開過）
2.前台辦理入住時是員工用手機相機功能拍下我的證件，當時我就提出質疑，員工方言講的我聽不懂且開夜路較累想着趕緊入住就沒多説。
3.進入房間後，馬桶掀蓋的地方有明顯的污漬。床單也有很大一塊黑色墨跡（303號房）因為辦入住的時候前台是被我吵醒的，所以沒好意思當即叫來更換。自己鋪了一次性床單，被罩。
4.花灑是無法調節關閉頂噴
5.早上吃早餐的時候看到車被堵第一時間和前台溝通，希望通知車主儘快挪車。前台做了查閲登記的姿勢，30分鐘後我吃完早飯，我的車後依舊停着別的車，被擋住。且主駕玻璃上有疑似濃痰的不明物。
作為江達排名靠前的酒店，我並沒有體驗到別的住客評價所説的那些服務。

該店房間寬大，裝修較新，乾淨整潔，設施齊全，停車方便，服務到位。衞生間有一個澡盆，有點多餘。早歺一般，品種不多，吃飽沒問題。

老闆給免費洗車，但我是摩託車就不洗了。店家很努力的在做好，給五分鼓勵。建議早餐在加把勁，來個回鍋肉，番茄炒蛋，拍黃瓜，榨菜，其它菜就都可以不用了。

凱馳達大酒店環境不錯、衞生也好。酒店裡有位小姑娘非常可愛，一直幫忙招待客人、還很添心送礦泉水。酒店早餐牛肉麪很好吃😋，住店客人還可以免費洗車。謝謝！

房間非常的大。還有一個大浴缸 對於從那曲一路過來的旅客來説 泡個澡簡直太舒服了。大家如果怕高原反應還是儘量不要泡澡。晚上地暖壞了算是一個小插曲 前台小姐姐也很快找人修好了 總體來説還是非常滿意的一晚。停車也是非常方便的 就在門口的院子。

這家酒店性價比很高，有專門停車場非常方便，還可以洗車，酒店前台服務熱情周到，提出的問題都能用心解決。酒店在317國道路邊容易找到，而且一點也感覺不吵。再加上整體環境温馨，早餐味道很好，房間衞生整潔。下次還會選擇。

該酒店與平台描述的情況相符。不僅有自己的停車場，而且確實有服務員免費幫助沖洗車輛。衞生間確實有浴缸和淋浴房供選用。唯一體驗差的是房間裏的煙味，即便開窗也不能消除。影響睡眠，有害健康，違反國家規定。
