10月2日下午15：40左右現場確認入住，店家當時給了一把機械鑰匙給我並説感應器壞了，我想着出來玩就算了，就入住了，18：50我去吃飯，20：40回來反鎖門，但是鎖不上，能從外面打開，這鑰匙和門就如同虛設了，第一時間找到店家處理，給我一根棍子讓我抵住，説是之前有人住就壞了，還沒維修，和店家説了要麼給我們換一間，説是已經訂滿了，讓我們用棍子抵住沒有人會來開門的，我説我們一家人的安全誰來負責，而且房間外面是流水睡著了即使有人進來了都無法知道，後面讓店家給我們退房並要求全額退款，店家態度就很惡劣説退款不可能，退房可以，門壞了還讓我們入住這不是欺騙我們消費者嗎？為什麼入住時候不告知？我們打完投訴電話大半夜還要另外找房入住，門鎖形同虛設，體驗感特別差。

如家和雲逸是一家。老闆給升級了房間，服務態度非常好，接送我們數次。一樓能吃飯，飯量足味道好。性價比高，值得推薦。

我訂的房間是個標間，房間乾淨整潔，店主夫妻倆超好，到了以後負責接到酒店，第二天清早又送到梵凈山景區門口，中午為了送我的行李到梵凈山的大巴出發站，店主又跑了一趟，人超好，房間寄景區很近的，但價格比景區便宜多了，超讚

酒店位置很好找，離景區很近，老闆都很熱情，停車方便房間通風好，也很乾凈，性價比高，值得推薦，最主要的是吃飯棒棒香，推薦酸湯魚和這裏的特色菜，真的是絕絕子，下次有機會再來玩的時候，提前訂這家酒店，酒店真的不錯，衞生很乾凈，老闆也很熱情，不像有些很摳門！
