房間不算小，沒有電梯。老闆很好，當時有個東西落到店裡了，老闆給收起來了。自己給老闆打電話問好了之後，自己叫快遞寄過來的。附近有小吃店，旁邊好像有個叫小鳥天堂的公園。

替別人訂的挺不錯。旁邊就是陳皮村，打車或者步行過去都很方便，旁邊也有公交車站，去高鐵站也挺方便，而且也便宜。

樓下隨便停車，就是自建房的樣式。旁邊走幾步路就是小鳥天堂，對面是陳皮博物館，位置優越。
不過太靠近大馬路了，馬路又有莫名的突起，車子走過會有很響的呼嚕聲，窗子隔音基本沒有。最好就是帶耳塞了

洗臉沒有熱水，花灑的水管太短，衹能掛在牆上洗澡，不方便。

房間的門從外面比較不好關，所以哪家屋都是很用力關門，隔音有點差，睡不好的寶寶慎重，會覺得有點吵，樓上會挪椅子聲音很大，因為離景區還算近，可以忍受

交通：距離小鳥天堂很近，步行5分鐘可到，離江門高鐵站打車17元左右。
衞生：乾淨整潔。
服務：老闆待人親切友好，有問題也儘量解決。
不足：房間隔音不太好，晚上聽得到聲音影響休息。洗漱台沒有熱水，衹能用淋浴花灑。
