服務衞生都很不錯，出行也很方便，步行就可以到達江海廣場，晚上出門吃飯都很方便。洗臉巾都是一次性的，前台服務也很好。

酒店前台服務一般，而且感覺並不是特別專業，但是整個房間彩光良好，我也不足的是整個酒店的保安並不是特別完善，而且最令我失望的是廁所真的太細，連轉身的位置也剛剛好，房間隔音也算不錯，但附近沒有什麼超市要去好遠，有洗衣機有冰箱10分便利非常好

房間特別小，隔音也不行，感覺非常擁擠，裝修用料特別差，門口都還在裝修，床單用料也是特別差，滿滿的塑料感，睡起來很不舒服，至少弄個純棉床單也行吧

设施：非常之簡陋，洗手間估計是整體做出來的，很窄，馬桶安裝一邊靠墙最多也只是10厘米左右，腳難放，得歪屁股坐下，開個大的很不方便，洗手兜也是整體在墙上的，開大時不小心會撞到，沖涼靠洗手間門口，關上門那水也會濺到門外走廊…這洗手間比郵輪上小客房的難用！
酒店提供的手巾浴巾都是一次性用品，好不好用大家自己想像吧！
105塊的住宿，在京海市，這估計是一個對睡一覺臨住一晚沒要求的可以接受。
