周邊很熱鬧，很方便，但是衞生真的有點堪憂，，，隔音不錯的，沒什麼噪音，如果衞生能提上來應該會更好，設施還行

方便的位置，附近是五邑商城，衣食住行非常方便。加上一樓是酒樓，下雨也不用擔心要帶雨傘找吃的，租金非常實為，公務出差首選。

優點就在市中心，有停車場，離狂飆打卡點就幾百米。床舒服。不足，一是不管走廊還是房間，全部窗封死沒有任何一個可以透氣的地方，非常悶。二是五樓ktv，特惠房可以感受到地板和床和桌子都在震，及沒有隔音的嗨歌。三這樣的商業混雜的樓，加上沒有任何一個能開的窗，安全隱患極大。四是如此密閉的環境，意外的是蚊子很多，買了蚊香才睡得着。五是加了幾十塊升級到了豪華間，結果和原來的房間佈置和配置一模一樣，就是安靜。

特惠6樓，5樓KTV，很多東西都收費，熱水器壞的情況下還讓客人入住，我去問前台，前台那個男的質問我，白天入住怎麼不説，我説我白天一下午都在外面，晚上回來才發現。他説晚上沒有師傅上門修，讓我把廁所門關一下就不會影響我睡覺。
睡到後半夜，特別多蚊子咬我，我就開空調睡了，早上起來就流鼻涕了。
位置顯眼，交通便利，有電梯，房間空氣不太好聞，線下按金200，13:50之前退房。
