江門很美好，温泉很舒服！但不要因為它“酒店”兩字而抱有期待，所謂親子房也僅僅是床鋪、茶杯換上了卡通人物系列，牆上貼了些許卡通圖貼而已。有多配的小童漱口杯卻沒有配套的小童牙具。酒店接待在隱蔽處，像我們大晚上才預訂的房，要去旁邊話説100米處的皇家SPA酒店前台確認。總之，是目前居住過民宿、酒店（非星級）中，印象最不好的。純粹是日租拎包入住的出租房吧，然而大部分出租房的裝修可能也比它要舒適一些。（最後，我好像遺漏一條黑色裙子，但並沒有獲得“酒店”的主動聯繫以及我打電話過去也沒接應），以上種種，你就可以預想入住後的服務獲得感了。再也不住！

1. 前台客服態度極差；
2. 房內衞生環境極差，有蟑螂屍體，有薯片碎，顯然沒有清潔；
3. 洗手間衞生環境極差，很多黑邊；
4. 放間隔音極差；
5. 床架搖的，身邊那個轉身時，床就會搖；
6. 兩大兩小的親子房很細；
7. 樓下沒有前台，電梯任何人都可以上樓，有安全隱患；
8. 這家酒店的好片好評應該也是託出來的；
9. 這應該不是一家酒店，連公寓也比不上；
10. 如果有0分，我應該會比0分；
總括而言，這個價錢不值得入住。

性價比超低，酒店舊，沒有服務，設施好舊，又污糟， 温泉是公家的， 所以入邊很混亂， 毛巾要自己入更衣室先可以拎到， 62個温泉，衹有三個系陳皮温泉，其他全部都系暖水， 唔會再去。

第一次體驗古兜這邊的度假酒店，總體體驗還是很滿意的，去附近的景點遊玩很近，附近吃的地方也有很多，比較滿意的是温泉區的池子很多，水温很舒適，是真的温泉水，很好的出行體驗👍🏻

整體還是對得起價格，温泉不錯，早餐也具有性價比。最大的問題就是房間陽台門無法鎖上，看似鎖上，輕輕推一下鎖就鬆開，店家要做好維護，提供一個安心的環境。

一次性價比最好的體驗吧，住酒店泡温泉才三百多，真的是好划算，酒店比較乾淨，吃飯非常方便出到景區幾分鐘就有很多間餐廳，在那邊住的兩天玩的非常開心😆😆😆有機會一定還會再過去

房間寬敞乾淨整潔，服務也非常到位，早餐是自助的，選擇也比較多，小孩吃的很開心，温泉池有很多，整體環境還是不錯的，這個天氣泡完很舒適，總體下來體驗感很好
