You can also soak in the room, but it is limited to about 2 cubic meters per day (2 tanks). There are children who can play slides, rocking boards, fly kites, etc. There are many different TVs in the room. Channel... It’s just the New Year this time, so I’m really happy to be able to set off fireworks.

Service: The front desk staff is excellent and the service is enthusiastic. A small gift was given before leaving the hotel, which we liked very much. Facilities: Travel planning is inconvenient. You need to take a taxi to go to each attraction or shopping mall, which costs about 15-20 yuan. There are no restaurants nearby, so you can only order takeout.

Check-in was quick, the room was comfortable, the hotel service was very good, very welcoming, the service attitude was great, and the sanitation was very clean. The facilities and equipment are complete👍🏻

Location is perfect just opposite Jiangmen East Railway station. Not a whole lot of things going on around the hotel, but it is a short 5-10 mins drive to the central Jiangmen Chang an pedestrian street and all. Room was good and laundry provision was great. Thanks!

To go to the restaurants near Hot Spring Valley, the hotel needs to arrange a battery car. Service: Since this trip was for my niece’s birthday, I asked the hotel if they could arrange birthday decorations in the room when booking, but there was no reply after a whole month of text messages. I went to the information desk again on the day of check-in, but they didn't seem to hear me, didn't reply, and didn't refuse... In this regard, the hotel's service is lacking! Although the occupancy rate is high during the Spring Festival, my request was made more than a month ago, not just on the day of check-in. So the hotel is not considerate enough in this regard. 

Very good welcome and patent when having 5 rooms HK resident’s room check-ins. The drawback was each of the rooms were allocated in different floors from 5 to 9 among 5 couples. Nice environment and very environmental friendly approach to details in hotel room. E.g. using recycled toilet and tissue paper rolls; 2in1 bin for recyclable and non recyclable rubbish. The breakfast was quite good and dinning tables were clean. The staff were friendly and willing to help. It is close to supermarket and shopping mall. Very good.
