民宿的位置非常好，人員服務態度令人印象深刻，老宅新修的設計很時尚，房間設施也非常不錯。空調出風口很大，效果好，但響聲因此略大，另早餐環境希望重新規劃，能與整座民宿的高格調般配。

廿八都古鎮裏姜遇鴻老宅改造，位置沒話説 淡季來客人不多 沒有遇到嘈雜隔音差的情況
房間內裝修能看出有一定年限了，牀頭櫃櫃門歪斜，衞生間擋水條有潮濕發黴的印記
服務應該算好吧，主動提出來接我們，可是對遊客中心的理解有偏差，在風裡等的有點冷（其實進了古鎮很容易找到） 也由於淡季，早餐咖啡機未開，開啟預熱需等半小時，也許怕我們等的急，去想廿咖啡去做了兩杯送來，26元一杯美式 兩杯八折後41.6元 （這錢花的有些冤枉）
淡季最便宜的房間460元，性價比不高

沒想到在這隱世般的廿八都古鎮中，還有一家這麼有品味的民宿。歸也仙霞驛民宿是一座古建築改造的，保留了舊宅的風貌，室內經過精心設計，隨處感覺到懷舊的藝術氣息。房間佈置舒適整潔，民宿的餐廳、咖啡廳、後花園都是拍照打卡的好地方。管家的服務也特別周到，還到停車場接我們。下次再來廿八都古鎮，我還會選這家民宿。

民宿服務態度很好，自動確認到達時間，安排人一起搬運行李，還介紹民宿的各個打卡拍攝的角度，而且民宿自帶餐廳，飯菜比較可口。

酒店就在古鎮的最核心地段，本身就是文保。清潔舒適，雖然我的單人間開窗面對內天井，但也空氣清新。東西都挺新，潔具也是頗有品質，燈光不能床頭控制，微有不便。
早餐相對簡單了，尤其是對應這個價位來説。客人不多采取套餐可以理解，但是要有個煎蛋、煮麪檔，配點咖啡、茶飲自助，我相信好評會更多的。

民宿拍照很漂亮，在古鎮的中心位置。但房間很簡陋，隔音更加差，對比這個價格性價比不高 。可能我剛從衢州南孔觀堂出來入住這裡有關。早餐更別提了，不好吃，簡陋。可能在廿八都屬於好的民宿了，但如果選擇住這裏，預期別太高。

地理位置優越，位於古鎮中心，房間很大，空調給力，冬日裏的古鎮遊客不多，持有酒店的房卡去民宿旗下的咖啡廳、餐廳消費可以享受折扣。
