我看評論都説什麼老牌酒店，錯信了老牌兩個字的含金量，真的有點失望
最老火要先説一下它那個停車極不方便，連個停車場都沒有，説的地下停車場是別人小區，還在大馬路對面！
試想你如果是來旅遊還帶着一堆行李，你就一住一個不吱聲吧
房間很小，説的是重新裝過但是細節破破爛爛。
也就早餐米粉還不錯！

一進門，房門後煙頭👏，枕頭套有老漬，可能用得太久，沉澱了。淋浴室走水慢，早餐品質一般，能吃飽。停車位少，交通便捷。

酒店很復古 看起來有年頭了 大廳小 跟招待所似的 早餐種類一般 有米粉 牛奶 橙汁 粥 蔬果 小菜 等 那個碗杯子洗的特別亮 房間衞生還行 衞生間反臭 但是有清新劑 前台沒有小孩拖鞋和小孩牙刷 洗衣房我沒有用 酒店門口的停車位緊張 位置離高鐵站近

這段時間出差辦事多次入住，地理位置好，前台服務優質。附近交通餐飲配套均齊全，出門辦事方便，早餐簡單衞生有米粉管飽，性價比很好，很滿意。

算假期出遊的意外之喜吧。本以為明華飯店一如前面幾晚的賓館那樣能湊合住就行，入住後覺得選擇這兒相當明智，房間寬敞，舒適，乾淨。出行方便，周邊吃的也多。

酒店應該是比較老的酒店，設施比較偏舊，不過衞生做得還算不錯，比較乾淨整潔，停車也還好，酒店有停車位！周邊吃得也挺方便，還是不錯的👍

房間沒有照片上的房間大，和實際表述面積明顯有縮水。酒店在一個十字路口一角，晚上兩面的房間會有車流聲。
停車在門口很小地方停車，有點不方便。
早餐八點半後幾乎沒有啥菜了，早上沒吃上饅頭，就喝了點稀飯，米線還可以，其他都很差勁，早餐很一般。早餐用餐不小心打碎一個陶瓷勺子，我賠償五元。
整體設施陳舊，所處位置在十字口，吵鬧，感覺一般。
