前台人員還是比較熱情！1、酒店地暖不熱，一直19度，空調開到三十度一晚上也沒熱！2、衞生間窗簾掉了 工作人員晚上處理的！3、晚上有一組燈根本關不掉，我用餐巾紙堵着才能關掉！過年七百多的價格 ，感覺確實是有點不值！

環境：位於李白故居旁邊，臨近青蓮鎮和青蓮高鐵站，位置比較方便；整體環境非常優美，非常適合觀景和度假，非常出片
設施：設施基本完備，滿足基本需求，提供飲用水、茶，且房間內提供免費WiFi；酒店內有咖啡館和游泳池
服務：態度非常熱情，能夠及時詢問需求，晚上及時提供了備用被子，早上準時送來了預訂的咖啡
衞生：衞生還可以，但靠枕上有污漬，建議及時清理
建議: 由於是生態酒店，蚊蟲比較多可以理解，但客房提供了驅蚊設備而餐廳則並沒有，建議改進一下；早餐廳沒有開空調，建議以後提前開啟，不然太過悶熱

位置不錯，看得出還在調整，帶娃去方特或者就看看李白故居都合適，服務熱情，但是衞生還可以再加強一點，早餐品類也可以再多一些。
