The hotel was quite good they upgraded my room to very good suite and the front desk staff were so kind and helpful.the problem was about heating system and room was a little cold.

網上口碑非常好的一家酒店，地理位置不錯，到方特和其他的景區打車都很方便。附近有健民肥腸，不用捨近求遠，去別的地方品嚐特色肥腸。服務非常好，酒店的管家服務可以提供顧客所需的很多的東西，包括孩子的牙刷，浴袍，床圍，腳踏等等[比心][比心][比心]負責我們這個樓層的管家阿姨巨熱情，一會兒幫忙套一次性浴缸套、馬桶墊，一會兒送水果、送菊花茶，提供手洗洗衣液，幫忙撐晾衣桿，特別周到熱情。酒店五層還有游泳池，前台可以領取體驗卡。
房間特別大，臨街略微有點吵，可以要隔音耳塞。設施設備都很不錯，不愧為當地最好，性價比最高的酒店。旁邊有購物中心，零食有鳴，小吃街，日常需要方便解決。

硬件和服務一流，沒想到江油有如此優質的酒店，我大膽的説可以和瑞吉媲美。房間面積，佈局，潔凈度，早餐……都是A+。停車免費，去方特5KM，去中華洞天漂流30min。禮賓、前台和客房仁芬大姐都熱情友善，提供了卓越的服務和情緒價值。此次旅行對江油印象極好！同時提出一個建議，希望酒店能好上加好：在房卡套或者卡片上清楚介紹泳池、健身房、小童樂園、早餐、自助海鮮餐廳等配套設施的開放時間，客人以便合理安排避免跑空。
