家門口的一家酒店，每次回去優先考慮，一是位置方便，二是酒店房間大、員工服務態度好，最重要一點，早餐好，尤其是魚湯麪和小雜魚，絕對美味。

好久沒住明星城了，前台考慮到裝修給我升級了高樓層的房間，還算好，早上沒有被一早吵醒。房間很大，早餐也很不錯

酒店地理位置優越，無論是自駕還是公共交通都極為便利，距離建湖火車站僅約6公里，到市中心也衹需5分鐘車程，周邊還有雙湖公園等景點，非常適合休閑出行。
酒店的設施和服務都不錯，床品柔軟舒適，衞生細節做得非常到位，連一次性洗漱用品都貼心備齊。自助早餐，種類也很多，服務方面更是無可挑剔。前台24小時在崗，工作人員熱情專業，辦理入住高效，還主動提供了周邊遊玩建議。酒店還提供免費停車場、行李寄存和叫車服務，對自駕和商務客人非常友好。下次來建湖一定會再次選擇這裏！

多次入住，親子房環境不錯，房間也夠大，一家三口住的舒服！房間設施中規中矩，服務嘛，算是中等吧，感受不到熱情，專業度不夠！配備物品不夠人性化，即然是家庭房，是不是可以配三套洗漱用品，在包間用了餐，菜餚出品及口味都是值得推薦！

衞生情況一般般。不好不壞
前台服務實在一言難盡，那位胖乎乎的大師姐， 如果你不想在這工作，就回去睡覺，不要板着死臉給我看，我開開心心來玩一圈 看你的**臉實在難受😖 問個事弄的跟求你一樣。這張**臉拉低酒店幾個檔次。
還有晚上很冷，問一下如何解決，沒有任何答覆，前台一臉不耐煩的樣子。

本次我預訂了4間房間，分別是516、551、553、539，由於之前入住過一次，有了較好的印象，本次再次選擇這家酒店，但是，得到的體驗確實非常差的，大家以後避雷。
服務事件一：5月10日我們20：00左右到達酒店，由於駕駛的車輛為23座客車，被酒店一位保安拒絕泊車，理由為車位滿了，21：00以後才能停放，現在開出去停馬路上，不會違章的，我再三協商，讓我開完房帶駕駛員去找臨時停靠點，但保安以有監控，被領導看到會罰款為由拒絕協商，此處我想問一下這位領導，你就是這麼處理事情的嗎？當時由於爭吵過於激烈第二位保安了解情況口然後我們臨時在酒店呢停靠一下，到21：00下來動車，我非常讚賞這位保安的處事方式，應該升職。
設施事件二：我所入駐的四間房間衞生間均為感應燈，洗澡時燈會自動熄滅，衹有打開一下淋浴房門觸發感應才會再次亮起，一定時間後又會熄滅，洗個20分鐘的澡得開關8次以上淋浴房門，真的佩服這家酒店的腦洞。
不知道這家酒店相關領導是不是重視點評功能，若重視期待你們酒店的彌補電話，電話我當天留給你們前台了，我也承諾我會追加彌補後的點評，如果攜程有這功能的話，再有就是我不接受對於我評論下方各種致歉回覆，那些衹是非常敷衍的公式手段，沒有誠心可言，若不重視大家就避雷吧，這樣的衞生間，沒人願意去嚐鮮的。
