平時我出門都不寫評價，這次住的酒店讓我有點出乎意料，非常驚喜！房間很乾凈，裝修我非常喜歡，停車場車位也不少，方便停車。特別是我辦入住的時候，前台有個叫zoey和叫harry的兩個員工態度非常好，幫忙送了行李、免費提供了手提袋等等、而且不管什麼時候打前台電話都是秒接的，這一點絕對贊👍，房間裏的化粧鏡是帶燈光的，窗户很大，亮堂，窗外街景很不錯。另外客房送東西也很及時，在建湖的酒店有這樣的服務真的沒話説，下次還會來住！

1.在淮劇小鎮和九龍口濕地附近，去景區比較便捷，距離不遠，周圍環境還可以。 2.我們原本定的房間給我們做了升級，房間內衞生一般，桌子沒擦，櫃子裏的浴袍裏都是長頭髮，應該是上一次客人留下來的，但是沒有更換和清洗。晚上被子太厚了，就衹能我們自己去清理，晚上蓋着浴袍睡覺，也是匪夷所思。還有就是地面的地毯灰塵比較大，特別是走廊，黴塵氣比較重，應該沒有經常做地毯清潔。 3.空調在維修中無法使用，且沒有主動告知，我們一家人晚上熱的睡不着，打前台電話給了一台風扇，就很好笑。第二天退房的時候溝通空調這件事衹有對不起搪塞我們，很敷衍，沒有任何誠意，升房不是我強迫的，但是我覺得既然我付了房費，空調不能用你得提前和我説一下，而不是丟一台電風扇給我就算完事了。我不喜歡斤斤計較，但是酒店這種做法就很難讓人有好感。以後也不會再去。 4.早餐種類一般，大部分是半成品，味道差強人意，比如説餛飩很鹹，麪的味精超級多，一吃就是那種加工的鮮味。麪包類食材和選品還行，能吃飽。 5.工作人員培訓有待加強，素質參差不齊，辦理入住的時候接待我們的小哥哥非常得體且周到，給我們留下了很好的印象，值得表揚。
